HP lose when switching Pokemon low on health...

I just added Elite Battle and Generation 6 Add-Ons to my game and ever since then I have had a strange problem. After a Pokemon that is low on health switches out, it loses some of its health. I can't find anywhere that could be causing this issue and at this point I have no clue as to why this would be happening. Anyone have any ideas where/what the issue might be?

I'm not sure if this is helpful, but it typically is dropping the health to 7,2, or 1 HP from anywhere from 13 to 22 HP before the switch out. Thanks in advance.

Probably, you made some edits to script section, and this could be the reason. In addition, if you don't show us some of your Battle scripts, we aren't able to help You.

Make sure that, say, Spikes or Stealth Rock aren't affecting your Pokémon. If you can replicate this problem, do so with "Toggle Battle Logging" on (the last option in the Debug menu) so that you can read all the debug messages that list what's going on. Post its contents here, and indicate at which point in the battle history the HP disappears.

Maruno, thanks for that tip. I didn't know that was an option within debug mode.
