    *Sniff* One of my favorite sites, Pokemon-World is gone. Simone decided to shut it down. Even though she said she wouldnt. How could she do this?

    Well,

    I was Red I actually worked there... I started to slow down with updates due to starting to realize that i didn't think Simone was going to return.

    It was a great site to work for, and I was honored to know and work with Simone, and also to have affliated with her. She really was a pillar of the Pokemon Community (Not only this forum but all remaining and future Pokemon Sites).

    Everyone loved her, she was always willing to help someone and always put in a good word if you were one of her affliates XD.

    Anyways, Simone from the heartland of America. I hope you do well (I know you will) in anything you do. You were a great friend, affliate, webmaster, and boss and I will miss you very much.

    To tell you the truth, I'm not really surprised. It became sort of obvious that the site wasn't going to stay open near the end of it...

    A good site, a good affiliate, and will be missed.
     
    Some people start pokemon Sites, and Just find it hard to keep them up! Its a shame though, it was a good site!
     
    It's gone? I can't believe it. That's so sad. And she didn't even tell her affiliates...
     
    I just noticed it today when I was checking links. If you want to start something you should keep to it until the very end. At least she could have kept it open and just not updated it, I like browsing sites. :(
     
    But remember, it costs money to keep a site running - server costs, domains etc. Maybe she wants to concentrate her resources into her new projects.
     
    Hey Guys,

    Long time no see. Sorry i couldn't keep it open.. In my opinion it was for the best. If you really want to know the reason i will tell you.

    I work basically all the time and my spare time goes into school work, friends and webdesign. I didn't have anytime basically to update, or even know what was going on in the Pokemon World.

    Every single person i have met during my time, have made an impact on the way i feel about people.. never have I met anyone rude, annoying or even mean. (Except a few flammers.. X_X)

    The Site wasn't getting updated and i had just lost interest, i'm sorry to my affy's i know i was stupid just to let go like that, but i had to shut my email down due to that crappy spam problem.

    So to everyone i have met, and to all my affys i thank you for being great people, and great friends =). Keep the Pokemon World alive!! One day i may be back, but until then.

    You have another site, don't you? We'll keep on visiting that, even if it is not PWC. And maybe you could try selling PWC to someone who will update it. ^^
     
    Me? I been OK. And I'm now worshipping Steve. But yeah, let's PM so we don't get OT XD
