Hypothetically, would you buy pokemon?

I might pay the equivilant of 2 0r 3 dollors for something very rare like different European event pokemon such as one off giveaways like the one in a museum in Italy but i certainly wouldn't pay anything for items or something widely available such as TRU pokemon etc. I am a colloector however i use skills such as Shiny hunting and EV training to trade for the events i want. I certainly wouldn't pay a great amount of money for a peice of data xD

no i wouldnt but u can buy a magikarp of a guy in pokemon fire red and leafgreen anyway its better to catch pokemon

Totally but like whats been said before a quarter I totally would if it were a quarter

Legendary trio pkmn $0.50
Legendairy mascott pokemon $0.25
Legendairy event pokemon $0.75
Starters $0.50

It just dawned on me!
If they giveaway pokemon at toys R us for free
Then whay would anyone buy them from you?

try to sell them and tell me how that goes XD

Maybe. In my opinion, I don't really think it's fair that you can only get certian pokemon from events. (Deoxys, Mew, etc)
What if you live ina place where they don't do the events? Or if you don't have Wifi so you can't trade?

I really only think pokemon like that would sell. And only a couple dollars at most.

I guess it really comes down to how much effort someone wants to spend on their game save.

If I didn't have a lot of free time, but lots of money. I'm sure I might pay someone to get event Pokemon for my Pokedex.

But in reality I don't have free time or money, so I must find other ways of obtaining those legendary Pokemon. (Like having a Japanese Platinum game to get events like Jirachi)

Buying pokémon is useless. Takes the fun outta it. I mean why would you turn fun into profits? Useless IMO.

I agree. :/

I wouldn't buy ANY pokemon for some really logical reasons:
1. I dont like it
2. I can have all pokemon with action replay
3. but i prefer cacthing them myself

4. And i'm not a sucker
XD

lol @ number 4, Yeah...whoever would pay anything for a Pokemon game fully completed or w/e doesn't know the meaning of the word "Fun". It's like when I used to play Runescape waaay back in 7th grade and like 3 years later I had these little 5th and 6th graders offering me money for my old Lv. 110 account >_>; lol

When DP first came out two summers ago, I sold event Pokemon and shinies that I had cloned on Emerald on eBay (traded via wifi). Besides the fact that they were cloned using the glitch in Emerald, they were completely legit, and many people bought them. I made a decent amount of money just sitting at home and playing Pokemon.
