Azelf@ Focus Sash
Ability : Levitate
EV : 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature : Naive

• Stealth Rock - Simple move which sets done Stealth Rock.
• Psychic - Basic and powerful STAB attack which OHKO's Gengar.
• Taunt - To stop other leads like Metagross and Swampert setting up the rocks.
• Explosion - When Azelf is on the edge of death and wants to take the other Poke down.

Baton Passer

Ninjask@ Leftovers
Ability : Speed Boost
EV : 176 HP / 252 Atk / 80 Spe
Nature : Jolly

• Protect - Offers protection and Leftovers recovery as well as scouting and also a free Speed Boost so it'll beat most Scarfers
• Substitute - Guards against status(A paralyzed Ninjask is basically a pinata)and nets more Speed Boost
• X-Scissor - Takes care of Alakazam, Azelf and taking a fair chunk out of Tyranitar.
• Baton Pass - Gives the Speed Boosts away to someone else(mainly Breloom)

Physical Sweeper

Breloom@ Toxic Orb
Ability : Poison Heal
EV : 100 HP / 200 Atk / 208 Spe
Spe Nature : Adamant

• Swords Dance - Boosts Breloom's awesome Attack to sky-high levels.
• Mach Punch - After an SD this eats Tyranitar for breakfast as well as Heatran.
• Seed Bomb - Accurate STAB that eats Swampert, Vaporeon ad Rhyperior alive.
• Spore - With some boosts from Ninjask, Breloom will be mightly fast and put its counter to sleep with an awesome 100% accurate sleep inducer.
  

Physical Wall/Supporter

Donphan@ Leftovers
Ability : Sturdy
EV : 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def
Nature : Impish

• Ice Shard - Can finish off injured Dragons like Mence, Flygon and Nite and hits Gliscor nicely.
• Earthquake - Even with not much EV investments, Donphan still has respectable Atk and this hurts
• Rapid Spin - Blows away the rocks, Spikes and Toxic Spikes.
• Knock Off - Annoys the other team because a Blissey without Leftovers is not as good as it could be and CB Mence without a CB is eh not a CB Mence.

Revenge Killer

Heatran@ Choice Scarf
Ability : Flash Fire
EV : 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature : Timid

• Fire Blast - Incredible power and if a Flash Fire boost occurs this deals out some serious damage.
• Earth Power - Hits Jolteon and Fire-types nicely and other Heatran.
• Dragon Pulse - Revenge kills Dragons.
• Hidden Power(Electric) - This is a weird move by me but it stops Gyarados and bulky Waters incase I need to face one.

Special Sweeper

Latias@ Choice Specs
Ability : Levitate
EV : 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature : Timid

• Draco Meteor - Puts huge dents in most Pokemon with her azaming SpAtk and the sheer power of Draco Meteor. Even shaves around 50% off Naive Heatran.
• Surf - Nets a nice 2HKO on Tyranitar and paired with Draco Meteor gives the same coverage as Kingdra's Outrage/Waterfall combo which is only resisted by Empoleon in OU.
• Psychic - Takes care of Fighters and any Heracross who wants to come in with get owned.
• Trick - Screws Blissey and Snorlax up and its fun to Trick Specs onto Steel-types like Skarm.

☆ CONCLUSION
Modestly quick team with Ninjask and Donphan providing support. RMT please. Thanks guys.

So why are you using nubjask when like ONE thing on your team benefits from speed passes? The rest are either choiced or just suck lol. Replace it imo, with something more useful. I would shove in a fighting resist (or a better initial switch in to Lucario than tran/latias) or you will have to sacrifice a poke each time just to revenge kill stuff. Gyarados could work (I dont think i need to explain the synergy between Heatran + Bulky water + Grass Type.)

Donphan is probably THE worst spinner/pokemon ever (Gengar tanks over it which is sad), at least make it somewhat useful and slap a choice band on it so you can actually OHKO frikkin Sunkern with Ice Shard or some crap idk lol.

In addition is Psychic REALLY that smart when Specs Latias most common switch ins are like Tyranitar and Scizor who can just pursuit you >.< ? Use T-Bolt or something. Roost >> Trick and Life Orb is cool too if you dont want 3 choice users, but this is totally up to you (I just mentioned this because some people dont like more than 2 choice pokes on one team).

Breloom with Substitute is easily revenge killed. No intelligent player will switch in a counter on Breloom right away because they know Spore is coming. They'll switch in their status absorber first. Then, when you Swords Dance, in comes Salamence or Zapdos to knock you out with Fire Blast, Fire Fang, or Heat Wave respectively.

About SD loom, yeah your right and through using this guy, Seed Bomb isnt worth it tbh and has awful coverage with Mach Punch and leaves you getting walled badly, Stone Edge works so much better >> S-Bomb.

You could also replace Scarf Tran, and shove a some Specs on it. That way, you can pass on Speed Boosts from Ninjask onto him, including his massive power behind Specs. But, Idk if it would be a waste for a Choicer.

Passing to choice users is fail and as said he needs/wanted a revenge killer. Especially for that Gyarados /Lucario weak.

Move explanations < normal ones. We all know why ScarfTran has Fire Blast, what we want to know is why it's on your team and what it does for your team.

Speaking of synergy, there is none. First of all, half or your team is useless. SD Breloom sucks majorly - everything owns it. It's still walled by Fliers which makes it a huge liability. Ninjask is even more useless with its SR weak (that Donphan can't do a thing about since it's so easy to stop) and generally uselessness outside of BP teams. why people even use it is beyond me. Donphan also falls in the useless category since it doesn't wall anything, it can't Rapid spin against anything, and it can't hurt anything. It also doesn't fit in on an offensive team, lol...unless it's not supposed to be, but it has SR Suicide lead Azelf so...

Overall, no defense, pretty no no firepower outside of Latias (which falls to Pursuit)...bad combo. I would make serious changes to this team or completely scrap it. No synergy, just kind of a mess.
