I blew my allowance on video games again $

I save money. I buy things when on sale, I price match, I use coupons, I use gift cards. I don't buy things I don't need. I stretch it out.
 
Right now, I only have $0.21 in the bank, but it only got that way about a few weeks ago from my last time getting paid from about a year ago, so I consider that quite successful on my part. I like having money in my account because it makes me feel a little more secure when I'm outside of the house.

The only things I regularly spend money on is music, clothes when necessary, a small portion dedicated to going out with a friend or two, helping my dad out with bills, and gas (very, very rare as when I'm at school, I don't have the car and when I'm not at school, I share it with my dad so he usually gets it).
 
I spend most of my money on CDs (yes, I am one of the very few backwards Stone Age humans who still buy physical copies of CDs) and clothes. I tend to spend more than I should and as a result, I always lack the funds when I actually need it. So no, I rarely save my money, lmao.
 
Oh lord...whenver I get money, It's a Venti Peppermint Mocha Frappachino, A pack of Marlboro Red 100s and whatever else I can get my hands on with the current amount of money. My most recent Splurge was a PS3 with Hyperdimension Neptunia, Final Fantasy XIII, Atiler Totori, Lego Starwars - The Complete Saga, God of War Controller Combo Pack and Portal 2. It's horrible really. I'm such a shopaholic.
 
Gas. About 90% of my cash flow is into gas since I use a lot with going to work and taking my brother to school every day, plus I take my great grandmother on her errands on Fridays and that eats up a lot of gas as well.

When I am not spending it on gas, I am either saving or making a few random purchases of food items or something. I did recently splurge on a huge pack of V8 Fusions for $15 which is a GIANT bargain. xD
 
I used to donate most of my money to a dog rescue thingy but I can't be bothered anymore, I'm a big spender but I've managed to save up some money so I asked my mom if I was allowed to buy our house in the future at the price it is right now. And kick my sisters outta the house Heehee
 
I try to save money, but I do tend to spend a lot of it. Almost all the money I spend is on video games, but now I have pretty much bought all the ones I want for now so maybe I'll start saving up. I do still spend less than I earn.
