Whenever I try to get onto PC with a normal browser, I can't get onto it. I keep getting the "Webpage is not available." message. But now, if I use this proxy I found it works fine. So why can't I get on PC normally anymore but to get onto it I have to use a slow as heck proxy I found on google? I could get on it normally last night and everything. This just started happening.

Maybe you need to re-install your browser, have you tried restarting your computer, maybe someone blocked the side out.

I tried Mozilla, Chrome and IE and it doesn't work. My computer just restarted because of a random power surge and it still doesn't work.

Same thing was happening to me last week so I was not active. Its a school computer so I suspected that they were trying to block it but it works all of a sudden. Im not sure why it happened. Just give it some time.

pm me your normal (home) IP it may have issues with the firewall

Did you try clearing your cache? If you use firefox, go to tools > clear private data and a box will come up. Unselect everything except cache and click enter.

Sometimes this will clear anything that might be causing your Firefox browser to act up.

As for the other ones, I don't use those so I'm not sure how to clear the cache for those ones.

This exact error happened to me like two or three weeks ago with another forum. It was extremely annoying, lol.
I could proxy, and it'd be fine.
It took about a week or so to fix itself, apparently. I tried most things listed above (clearing dns cache/etc), and they didn't work. I even did a tracert, sent it to the webmaster, and it was a problem on my ISP's side.
    Hopefully, it'll go away. :[
If not, you'll just have to keep proxying and it'll suffice. :[
