I don't know how to take advantage of some of the features of Complete FireRed Upgrade

I want to put only mega evolution and primal reversion into Fire Red.
The Touched source code does not provide a primal reversion.
So I want to insert a part of Complete FireRed Upgrade made by ghoulslash into my Fire Red.
But I don't know how to use certain features of the engine without installing all of Complete FireRed Upgrade.
How can I use only certain features of Complete FireRed Upgrade?

Pulling specific features from CFRU is pretty hard, since it's interlinked. Though you could, it'll be to much suffering. :/
