I don't understand Ash's new Pokemon. Do you?

I don't even know their personalites. I understand Oshawott, Pikachu, somewhat Snivy, and IDK about Roggenrola and the rest. Do you actually understand them, I really don't since I don't watch Pokemon Black and White that much.

Simply put:
Tranquill: not much
Snivy: similar to Sceptile, she's cool, calm and collected and is considered as the most mature out of Ash's Unova team.
Tepig: he likes to please Ash and gets upset when he loses.
Oshawott: he's the comic relief Pokemon of the group, similar to Corphish.
Scraggy: he's somewhat stubborn, overconfident and headstrong, but cares about his friends
Swadloon: he was (kind of) stubborn and childish as Sewaddle, but the latter was (kind of) touched upon
Palpitoad: he loves to battle, which is why he and Ash worked well together in the Don Battle arc.
Roggenrola: it was resourceful prior to being caught by Ash, but this wasn't touched upon much later on.
