To be honest these three are all pretty poorly drawn in comparison to the rest. The lines are sloppier (Azelf's face is pretty screwed up, Kibago should have a nose and not a mouth), detail and features are missing (Where are Azelf's hands? Why are Victini's limbs, and the shape of his body in general, wrong?) and basically a lot of stuff that could have been fixed by referencing the larger pokemon artwork to get the details more accurate instead of making guesses as to what the sprites show.
