    hello everyone...
    it's my first post and i want your help...
    here the problem:when download a hack rom the files are .ips and the question is how can open this files with Visual Boy Advance?or tell me with what programm need...

    i'm sorry for my englase....
     
    This isn't really the place to post this, but you can search for LIPS (Lunar IPS) and follow the tutorial included.
