I have some problems with Weavile

    1) It only needs 373 speed to outurn Alakazam, Dugtrio and Sceptile. But that is supposing it has 31 speed IVs-not so likely in-game. Should I max it's speed just in case?
    2) Is there any pokemon who can pass a baby-Sneasel, by breading, both Pursuit and Ice Punch? If not, is it OK to give up for Pursuit? Ice is a really great offense type so I don't want to waste that.
    3) Is Adamant nature workable on Weavile?
     
    1) Standard Weavile wants Jolly@252Att/40HP/216Spd, because as you said it outruns Alakazam, Dugtrio and Sceptile. There isnt much else to outrun past that, so put the extra EVs into HP and you're capable of surviving an Azelf's flamethrower.
    2) Yes there is- Smeargle
    3)It's meh, jolly is much more beneficial.
     
    Did i mention that by choosing adamant you lose the ability to outrun the pokes stated and the ability to survive azelfs flamethrowers? Just shove on a CB if you dont like the loss of power.
