I just burnt my tastebuds off trying to drink hot cocoa!

    Yay.

This happens to me whenever I eat really hot fries. I am impatient so I need to start eating them immediately before they cool off. Normally gets fixed by the next afternoon.

    You're why natural selection exists.

I hate how hot hot drinks are. Sometimes I get hot coffee and get the idea during my morning commute that I'll train my tongue to accept how hot it is, but then I try it and burning my tastebuds is not an enjoyable experience. I have no idea how some people can just take a hot drink the moment they get it and start sipping away.

This happens a lot to me with hot coffee, I'm impatient to drink it and I burn my tongue lol.

Hot coffee is meant to be slurped. It cools the beverage simultaneously during consumption. It's simply a matter of knowing how to drink coffee. You two obviously do not.

I honestly always wait a few minutes before drinking my coffee, because I can't handle the heat ahah.

You're so sassy. I love it.

I thought it was cooled off after the hour it was sitting there next to the fan while I grinded for contracts in TF2.

Whenever I eat or drink anything that's especially hot, I end up burning my tongue. When that happens, the sensation is not only very annoying, but lasts for quite a few days.
When it comes to hot drinks, I often have to wait several minutes for them to cool down slightly before I even make my first sip. Same with certain foods, especially if they just came off from cooking.
