Hello red latias, welcome to PC! If you expect us to help you need to be a little more spcific, if you go outside and ask for help without even explaining what you need help with you can't expect people to be able to help ^_^ If you need help with just getting to know the forums, you can PM me if you like, I may be no mod here, but I am pretty knowledgable with everything to do with forums. :)
 
Yeah, anyone can help, mod or not. Of course save things like official stuff, but everyone is willing to. Welcome! ^_~
