Well, then try this site:

Identical to the US one, but officially the UK site. Just a note: the league finder for the US works for the rest of the world as well, since I think they all lead to the same site. I've done searches for people in the Australia and the UK before using the US site. You actually have to enter your home city and change the search conditions around until you find a league, though. I don't know where in the UK you live, so I cannot find one for you. You'll have to search for it on your own.
