    I drew some (mosty) Not-Garde lately, yey. I included thumbnails and
    direct image links for those who can't see thumbnails for some reason.

    I was trying to break my own record, I kept the notebook lines for scale. Soon, the next frontier...grains of rice!

    A stupid and/or pointless SD May sketch..

    I drew the Garde in under a minute. If you couldn't tell, he is a waiter and this is a note from him. The whole pic probably took 5 minutes to finish. I was bored for a sec there.

    Kaede sure is hot, so came this (unfinished) sketch of her. Referencing from the only picture I had of her (a face shot :P), you can say I gave her "revamped clothes".

    And finally the cream of the crop; I tried my hand at both the NuPogeymans and colored pencils. I haven't used the colored pencils in a while and gave them a workout. Ignore Manyula's shading on the body, I totally screwed up there.

    4th one looks awesome. But the rest are... uhh lacking.
     
    Tiny question: Is Kaede an original character/trainer by you? Or is it an anime charcter I'm not aware of?
    Nice work as always. I should challenge myself to a 1min Garde as well.

    i like your style :3 very cute!! and the quick sketches are awesome!! @@.. and you can't really say anything professional about quick sketches because they're quick ._...
    but i have to say :3 you really do have alot of talent and potential!

    i like the may sketch.. but i find the eye to be a little strange ._... like.. it looks very swirly.. ._. and pupils dont normally go that way..
    it'd be an awesome idea for a character that you make up.. but not for a character already existing.. ._.
    you should probably just lessen the amount of swirls in the eye.. and maybe add another highlight to it instead..

    :3 the fourth sketch is awesome!! i love it all!!
    the arm holding the pokeball looks a bit stiff in the thumbnail.. but enlarged it looks fine :3..
    i'd say that you shouldnt make the arm pointing down so much.. make it like she has her elbow pointing more out next time..
    ._. i wouldnt suggest trying to erase it and fix it.. because it'll probably mess up if you do that (it happens to me alot lol)
    but for next time.. try to get someone to pose for you so it seems more natural..
    but the enlarged version looks fine :3 its just a suggestion for next time..

    for the last picture, i think you did an awesome job colouring and drawing the pokemon :3
    so.. keep up the awesome work!! i'd like to see more from you!!
    oh, and nice lineart on that pic too!!

    ._. actually.. when i look at it more.. the arm isnt bad at all..
    it's the hand that's bothering me a bit..
    ._. its the pinky finger.. it should be bent a bit instead of curved.. because of the joints in the hand..
    you should try to get someone to pose for you like i said.. and study how the hand is positioned :3
    draw it on a seperate peice of paper and compare to your original where you went wrong
    it'll help you alot for next time :3 and you wont forget how to do it!!

    These are pretty good, Housyasei-san!! You show talent as an artist. Human anatomy is hard to master, but keep practicing and you'll have it down. (I have trouble with human bodies... I keep making the legs too long. XD)

    The chibi May looks alright, but her left arm is shorter than her right. If the bent arm were straightened out, it would be a bit longer. Same with the bent leg. It would be longer than the straightened on. Keep that in mind when drawing bent limbs.

    Kaede is pretty good, but her head looks a bit lopsided. That might just be me, though. Her arms looked strange at first, but when I looked closer I realized it was her hands. The one on the hip looks a bit small (Don't worry, I do that all the time. ^-^'), and her other one looks unatrual because the fingers arn't curved around the pokeball. This might also be me, but the wrinkles on her left shoulder look a bit weird...

    Either way, you've got real talent. The pokemon ones and the last one look pretty cool, so you're doing good there. I hope to see more of your art soon!! ^o^

    Of course they don't. But that was Art is; going to the next level of surrealism. Hear that? Surrealism! So I can give them 3 eyes if I wished and not be bound by real life. *end pointless banter*

    Again with the surrealism(ish). But what else could you expect from drawing at 1:30AM? Uneven limbs. :P

    I'm also will redo Kaede's right hand fingers when I color it pretty soon.

    Then again, thats for all your helpful comments, as they are the breakfastfood of my blahblahblah......
