I need these power items to ev train my new team so i can battle in tournements on website such as this one. As you can see i am to lazy to go to the battle tower and earn them.

Regigigas is Lv 1 in Platinum. Check walkthroughs, as it is available at Lv 1 in all Walkthroughs I've seen.
