How to put up.. i cant seem to find options for my banners or my own personal Avatar. i duno why

They're in your user CP. To put in a banner click "Edit Signature". To change your avatar click "Edit Avatar".

In the sig just use the coding buttons or type in tags like these: [w/o the asterisks] [just the stuff in the square brackets, the example text isn't a tag]
Type in the text you want to glow red in here
