Sorry for taking this long to reply...

Tauros- 255 EV is a waste since that produce the same result as 252 EV. Make Spd and Atk 252 EV, with 4 point of EV to hp. It's small but you may want every advantage you can get. Change body slam to return as well, because body slam just lacks power now, but you can always try body slam.

Gorebyss- Focus band has 10% chance only, which is quite unreliable (for every time you use focus band, 3 sheer cold has worked aka half of your team is quite likely to be dead x_x; ) Use leftovers instead. Plus a baton passer like gorebyss is too easy to be hazed/pseudohazed away, or simply affected by status so you won't have time to pull off the chain. Gorebyss is not recommanded to be a baton passer... abuse that 350 sp.attack instead?

    Hitmonchan:

    Hitmonchan- [atk + / sp.atk -] @ choice band
    -mach punch
    -rock slide
    -hi jump kick/brick break
    -HP Ghost

Choice band + STAB + Mach punch = gurantee first deadly annoying killer ;p
All the other attacks are in there in case if you send out a Hitmonchan, and you're against something resistant to fighting (especially HP GHost). Hi jump kick/brick break maybe a repeated type, but the additional 30 attack power is quite needed if you're risking for KO or nothing (and that you're gurantee to go first because you're against something slow)

However, stat-wise Hitmonlee is way better (but so much uglier x_x; )

Dusclops- change calm mind as that's one slow way to buff up sp.defense... plus you're hazing vulnerable then. Change it to protect so leftovers heal more, and it wastes valuable PP for attacks like hydro pump and earthquake

Blastoise- I used a blastoise too (still using it) but it really can't survive *that* long to do a very good job of counter/mirror coat... can try but give it more thought first

Jolteon- change HP Ice to HP Grass if you want to live against Quagsire and Lanturn ;p

HP Ice on Jolteon gets Sceptile though. Anyways, in random order?

Tauros won?t have time to Rest really, you could try Swagger then go for Return. I?d changed HP to ghost or else you?ll be worthless against Gengar and pretty much all the other ghosts, plus you can catch psychic types too. Change nature to Jolly to be sure to outspeed Salamence and most except Jolt etc.

Due to the horrible lack of haze, and the use of roar, if you want to baton pass consider Cradily. Do stat ups til you see a pseudohazer and then baton pass to Cradily. What you do from there is up to you, but it?s pretty much the only use for it now.

Hitmonchan, Reversal Substitute HP ghost Mach Punch? @Salac Berry +Speed -Special attack. Be sure to give it HP so that it's divisble by four, then plus one.

It won?t have time to Bulk Up, so you can try to Sub down, and have Mach Punch for any who try the same.

Change Joleton?s nature to Timid or every Aerodactyl will get you. I?d also take some out of special attack for some HP and maybe defenses, but eh.

Well first, I'm not playing Battlenet so I can't control the Hidden Powers... So Hitmonchan has HP Steel...

The problem is that this my current team, so I can't change Natures...

    But I'll try your suggestions...
