Hi i will explain what i remember (Graphic like Fire Red)
In that game u came into a Power Station that will explode and screen for a less than second but every some time idk every 30s or 60 you're screen turing yellow? I dont know to be honest but on end of that Power Station u need to Kill rotom that was been in smth like Incubator. He was smth like Boss? After that u leave Power Station and u going left then u meet Rocket Team or smth like that that was prb Rom Hack so that can be everything after u beat that team camp u going still left and then u found a Legendary Pokemon idk what exactly but i remember that was Rayquaza or Latios? I giving on that max 50% but then u get Scene 2d where u fly on that pokemon and then you starting playing from forest and that legendary pokemon sleeping next to u
