4th Gen I need help with my team

does this sound strong? i maxed everything out with proteins and all the other vitamins and are getting them to level 100

nidorina (soon to be nidoqueen)
soon to be cyndaquil, once i get it

and if it sounds ok, what moves should i teach them? i want to be strong but i want a mainly rat team. thanks so much!
