So I wanted to ask, where is the best place for training a lvl 30 Gengar? (In diamond)
I just went to route 212, so I'm not pretty much in the end of the game, So yeah.
Where would be the best place to train her?

    +

I didn't want to make another thread so what are the best moves for these pokemons (in diamond)?:
    Gengar
    Infernape
    Geodude
    Kadabra

    BUMP!
    Bringing Up My Post

I find it ironic that you're bumping a useless thread. I mean really, just train against wild pokemon. This is ingame, ingame is easy. Outside of the cartredge(sp), there are Wifi battles where:

    -levels are irrelevant
    -stats are irrelevant
    -EVs ARE relevant
-You don't use all sweepers and a mediocre wall...but w/e

If you want a moveset, fine. But only gengar. that's for breaking the rules...

    Gengar (M) @ Wide Lens
    Levitate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid
    - Hypnosis
    - Focus Blast
    - Shadow Ball
    - Thunderbolt

Where are your walls? Geodude doesn't count...

I'm only using it for in-game..
after completing sinnoh dex and beating E4 I can just transfer my LG team..
And yeah, sorry for bumping, and could you please give me movesets for other pokemons in my team?
PS. I may need Mean look in-game..
EDIT: I mean my Gengar has mean-look, and I need it for "run away" pixie, and some teleporting guys..

Oh brother. First off, you need nothing ingame. No strategy, just high leveled pokemon with all attack moves with fairly decent coverage. Why would I give you a moveset for geodude? golem, fine. Geodude? lol no. Just give all your pokemon straong attack moves for ingame. that is all.

And what the heck? Mean look ingame? Uh, no. Just no. gengar fails with mean look anyways. that's what umbreon is for.

Alakazam does the same thing Gengar does, you don't need both

    Infernape@Expert Belt
    Jolly Nature
    EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
    -Flare Blitz
    -Close Combat
    -Stone Edge/U Turn
    -Swords Dance/Stone Edge/U Turn

Thank you both but anti pop culture warrior..
You need mean look for run aways and teleporting pokemons!
I understand you don't need it in fights but for catching them.. T_T

    O...M...G...

That's what false swipe pokemon are for. you know, "catcher" pokemon specifically mto catch pokemon. Get wobbufet for lati@s or whoever the wanderers are and you can chuck ultra balls at abra. Even ingame teams shouldn't have the useless nonsense though. Except an HM slave...I <3 HM slaves

I did chuck ultra balls at abra, so yeah.
And I guess I'll not give those pokemons good movesets.
As only one which I'm probably gonna use with my LG team is Gengar, and I will give him good moves.

Okay...then why do you need our help? Ingame is cupcake anyways...

I don't mind In-Game. But if it is competetive I will help you.

in-game's easy, and if you are stuck in game you can always use walkthroughs and/or train your pokemons.
So yeah, I don't need your help, sorry.

No, no, that is okay. I was just saying.
