Spinoff/Mobile I need some organization tips on almost everything in Pokemon go. I want a pro to explain what to do, I'm a noob despite playing for 4 years.

What Pokemon should I keep and which should I transfer to professor willow? I kinda went nuts hoarding repeat 3* Pokemon because they're the 2nd best thing compared to hundos, not so much competitively. And then there's the GL collection I barely got to building up with stats such as low attack, but high defense and speed. I'm not going to try to hoard anything for UL or ML because those require higher CP and levels, most people just use legendaries and mythicals at the point where the rules don't apply in the higher leagues. I'm also obsessively hoarding every scatterbug and shiny community day Pokemon. I don't know what to keep in the game or transfer over to home. I'm at 1908/1950 on Pokemon storage.
My bag keeps filling up, and don't have many PokeCoins to spend on another bag upgrade it's barely at 628/700. But I think what's mainly taking up the space are the tms and golden razz berries, but these are the 2nd best berries in the game. I think I can deal with deleting multiple poke balls, great balls, potions and the regular berries. But I think if I knew what to use my charged and fast tms for, I could free up 50 item slots for potions, berries, and pokeballs. How ever, I'll put a note of how messy my bag is in my go account; 3 potions, 4 super potions, 5 hyper potions, 60 max potions, 3 revives, and 60 max revives for medicine. 4 poke balls, 9 great balls, 97 ultra balls for poke balls. 2 razz berries, 7 nanab berries, 7 pinap berries, 49 golden razz berries, 4 silver pinap berries for berries. 16 incenses, 1 star piece, and 10 lucky eggs for trainer boosts. 100 rare candies, 8 xl candies, 1 rocket radar, 2 shadow shard, 9 purified gems, and 2 poffins for miscellaneous. 5 premium battle passes, 1 remote raid pass, and 1 go battle league timed research pass for battle passes. 17 lure modules, 1 magnetic module, and 1 rainy module for lures. 24 fast tms, 40 charged tms, and 2 elite tms for tms. Finally, 6 sun stones, 12 king's rock, 11 metal coats, 6 dragon scales, 6 upgrades, 5 sinnoh stones, 6 unova stones, and 10 gimmighoul coins.
I also got a full friends list, but for scatterbug hunting it isn't completely ideal, as I got like 48 friends from the Continental region. At least it'll make shiny hunting Continental scatterbug easier, but I'm getting sick of Continental pins and already got 2 hundos that are Continental. I don't want to remove them from my friend list though because that would be a little mean.
I also ask because I would like to know what I should think about transferring to home or keep on my account. Scopely will ruin Pokemon go...

There's no answer that will work for every Pokémon. If you want to optimize your resources and space, you should check sites like https://db.pokemongohub.net/pokemon/197 and analyze what each Pokémon is good for, and what are your priorities and main gameplay interests. You might not want to waste an amazing Raid Pokémon like Mamoswine on the GL, or spend a ton of candies, XL candies, and stardust on an excelent GL Pokémon like Umbreon just to max it out and brute-force it into the UL.

You can't have everything in Pokémon Go unless you're willing to invest an absurd amount of money (and time) to bypass most of the barriers. Raids? PvP? Shiny hunting? Max battles? something else?... choose your priorities and make decisions based on that.

As for items, trash some normal Pokéballs if you have too many as they're easy to get back from Pokéstops. Same for potions, super & hyper potions and revives. Use some TMs to fix Pokémon you have that are great but hindered by an awful moveset (I'd recommend keeping at least 10-15 TMs in case you need them later). Trash or use those normal Lure modules. And trash some of those Evolution items, Dragon Scale is just for Kingdra, King's Rock is just for Slowking and Politoed, etc. Those unique evo items are dropped from Pokéstop from time to time, so keep one or two of each just in case and it should be enough, maybe keep some more of Sinnoh and Unova Stones though, since they have more uses.

I'm taking extra precautions in case scopely decides to make everything a micro transaction, however if they don't plan on throwing micro transactions over micro transactions soon, I'll keep everything in go the way it is. I think I have to worry more about meltan mystery box grinding for melmetals. I developed a comfortable system on having at the max 15 regular medicines across the board plus 60 max potions and revives. 20 poke balls 20 great and 100 ultra balls. I want to keep more berries, but I have to settle for less regular razz and nanab berries since I see these as the least useful of the 5 types. But aren't the lure modules limited to research rewards or the shop? I never used the modules in fear I would never find a free 1 again, that happened on my 1st account. I noticed after 70 or so spins sometimes evo items drop while I'm sending gifts to people on my friends list, it's almost a guarantee every time. Charged tms are the 1s I'm struggling to rid myself of. Funnily enough, I knew scratch/tackle/pound were terrible moves for the galarian starters and replaced the moveset for STAB moves. Also strange to have a zacian with a move as pathetic as tackle. Does that website give any info about which moves are bad or unideal for specific Pokemon? Thank you for your advice.

Yes, the Stats tab ranks the moves for Raids, while the Trainer Battles tab does for PvP.

Keep in mind the moves are ranked on a neutral damage basis though. For example: https://db.pokemongohub.net/pokemon/530

It says that Excadrill's best moves are Metal Claw + Scorching Sands, because on neutral damage they are. But of course, if you want an Excadrill to use in Raids against Electric, Poison, or Steel types, any Ground type Fast move will be better than Metal Claw, even more with Sunny weather boost.
