    It's a Shiny Riolu, lvl. 31, Adamant nature, with Force Palm, Blaze Kick, Earthquake, and Quick Attack. And it also has PKRS.

    I'll give it to you, with a TM26, for the Meganium, Feraligtr, and Manaphy, as I specified earlier.

    I'll also throw in any TM from 1-50, and up to 5 heart scales and life orbs.
