I wanna tell you something

Where can I go to advertise my stuff? I want to advertise my youtube and twitch channel but I also wanna advertise my friend's twitch as well because they're awesome. Is there anything you can do to fix that or where I should go to advertise stuff?

It will be cool if you guys let me do that because I want people to see the awesome things I did on youtube and twitch.

I will use the forums for other reasons such as make up challenges or give out friend codes to people but I can just do that if you want me to. I like helping people out and I think it's nice if I do a thing for the forums

Unfortunately there is no where on the forums in which you may post and advertise such things. However, you can advertise in your signature, but just make sure that you stay within the signature limits.

Here is a direct quote from the rules pertaining to this issue:

No unsolicited advertising. (Existing members: 2 pts / 1 mth, Joining to advertise: Ban - Permanent)
Advertising web sites or forums is not permitted. If you'd like to link to a website or forum post, then it must be relevant to the discussion. The only acceptable advertising may be done in your signature. Members found to be joining for the purpose of advertising may be irrevocably banned. It is left to the discretion of the staff to decide whether a link to a website or forum may be considered advertising. Unacceptable forms of linking may be edited without question.

^Basically what jellicentfan1 said. Unless it's on your signature (even then you have to follow the strict rules for signatures), advertising is highly discouraged. In your case I think you should be extra careful because you're a new member and you could get mistakenly banned if the h staff thinks you've joined just to advertise.

Basically this is what you need to know, you can't advertise other than your signature. New members like in your case have to be careful because you could get banned if staff are assuming you joined solely to advertise. Just put the links to your YouTube and such in your signature by going to the "Edit Signature" option in the User CP and you should be fine. And because your signature is visible in all of your posts, you'll eventually get more subscribers to your channel that way.

I'd just like to add that while putting links to other forums and sites in your signature is perfectly acceptable, there are certain things that aren't recommended that can (and probably will) get you in trouble. For instance, we don't promote the sales of items, porn, illegal streaming or downloads, and other things of the sort. So putting links to any sites of that nature in your signature could lead to an infraction or likely a permanent ban from the community.

While I'm sure you don't have this in mind, I just wanted to make that point clear in case someone reading this thread got the wrong idea that we could just link to anything and everything and think it's okay.
