Hey everyone, My name is Epsilock, and I've just recently joined the PokéCommunity in hopes of making some new pals and working on a dark, girtty, grounded story driven pokemon fangame! I've been cooking up a concept for a little under 6 months and have been honing it in my free time and would love some help and collaboration from people who have experience and are willing to take a look at this idea.

So far I've written, made some sprites, developed characters, locations, and dialogue and are looking to build this in pokemon essentials, if anyone would like to be shared on a google doc outlining what I've got message me here or email me at [email protected], I'm looking forward to anyone willing to take a chance and see whats up :)

Hey there, I got into pokemon back in primary school with gen 4, Platnium and HG were my go to and I've always enjoyed the franchise ever since! I really enjoyed the serious tones of black and white and have wanted to see a return like that in the franchise and sort of had that taste with Legends Arceus. I'm just a sucker for a grounded and impactful experience in story telling, and tend to lean more towards that realistic aspect.

Welcome to the forums! I would be tempted to join your project to give me a good coding project to help with, but it appears Pokemon Essentials uses Ruby scripts, and unfortunately I know next to nothing about that particular language. :(

Oh well, I am pretty sure you will find someone in the Fan Games section to help you if you describe some details about your project idea. Good luck to you on that!
