Y'know, Giovanni being the first Gym Leader would have actually been pretty cool...imagine Team Rocket coming after you for the entire game because you beat their boss. xD

I can imagine Wallace having a Feebas and a Luvdisc and being fabulous about it. I doubt any of the Dragon-type Gym Leaders would have actual dragons, though - probably things that look like dragons but aren't. Claire might have a Dunsparce and a Horsea, Drayden would have a Swablu and a Trapinch, etc.

Volkner could be cool as a first gym leader, he could have a Elekid anf Shinx maybe? I think this is a really interesting concept though haha, Giovanni as the first gym leader of Kanto would have been a twist ^_^

this one was actually kinda hard, and even then I don't like what I did with his team lol. he doesn't use many dragons and weather effects are probably a bit much for the first gym. but I can see him being a little difficult, since his team is a bit more rounded! and you're not likely to take advantage of his ice weakness so early in the game.

Based on Cheren's gym team levels, I would imagine Marlon would have a Level 11 Frillish and a Level 13 Wailmer if he was the first leader in B2W2 instead
