I think you have just same kind of mouth like that Weepinbell in your signature (I fed it and all the others) so you are Weepinbell (sorry if you didn't like my mouth thing :P).

I'm pretty sure that the guy in your theme is from Cyborg 009, and it was cool, and Toonami was cool, and Blastoise is cool, too.
 
Well this one's a tough one isn't it, I guess looking at the word chronic in your title the only Pokemon I can comeup with is Dialga
