Instead of just saying Arbok, I'll go Gardevoir on this one. Gardevoir is purple like the gengar and the Arbok on your page/avatar, looks female-ish, and evolves from raltz, who was one of your favorites.

For you VictorRay, I'll say Drapion, since he's poison-type like your Weezing and looks pretty menacing--a kind of theme I see in your 6 person team.

Gardevior, your user title says "casual" which is quite related to both Gardevior and Jynx. . . wouldn't want to pick Jynx would I? :P
 
I say Arcanine, it's the closest thing to a lion in the pokemon world.
