    What would you name the 6th Generation and why?

    Also, create other aspects of the region, (cities, people, Elite Four, Champion, etc.)
     
    Perhaps Sexto from the Latin "sextus" for "sixth." I wonder if the other regions' names were randomly selected or if they having meanings.
     
    Definitely, 6th Gen: where ash doesn't copy paste what he did like the past gen's and where Pokémon's don't look like digimon's fusioned with neopet's. OH and where Pikachu doesn't lose to low level Pokémon's fairly easily. ;)
     
    I would most likely call the 6th generation of Pokemon, "The 6th generation of Pokemon."
    As for the region where this generation is set, it would probably end up being something catchy and pseudo-japanese, pertaining to the region's unique qualities.
     
    Considering that's where Satoshi Tajiri originally wanted to stop, I would say it would be the best region really, if they do something like the ancient continent of Mu or a Supercontinent, would be freaking awesome.

    Alright. Since this was tossed into PokeTriv, how about we make a little game out of this? We can start out with a list, and then perhaps if someone wants to change or add something on the list (such as the region name) they can do so! That way... this doesn't have to be closed (because it doesn't belong in Pokemon General, but not really here in Pokemon Trivia either. XD; )

    We need to have starters. So how about a fire racoon for the fire starter. The Grass Type should be a grass type flightless bird, and I have no ideas for the Water type.

The water starter could be a small dolphin called _______. It could evolve into a shark Pokemon that is Water/Steel called _______. The Rattata of the region would be based on a hamster, and it would be Normal type. There would be an evolution for Honchkrow called Ravenja. Or Ravenja could be an alternate evolution for Murkrow.

    Region Origin: Name of pervious In-game store.
    Story (Game): The story is entirley based within a massive Pokemart where you have to get from one end to the other. You pretty much walk around trying to buy groceries and battle other people if they try to buy stuff you want. You help out an old man get something from a high shelf and he gives you his trolley (equivalent to the bike) so you practically burl around on the trolley running into people and crashing into stuff. You eventually crash into this big guy call 'Giovanni' who challenges you but you (of course) beat him. As you get towards the end of the store and the floor is all wet and you cant controll where you go (same as the ice cave) but you eventually solve the puzzle then beat a few guys, and then finally you have to beat the 'elite 4' at the checkout counter.

    Pokemon: You start off with this pokemon that kinda looks like an ape and has really long arms which is usefull for reaching items on high shelves.

    The "6th" Generation
    I would call it The Blitz Region just cause it sounds cool

    The villians could be one of the two teams Team Storm or Team Shock.
    The story could start with you the character being forced to join a side, meaning both teams have three different starters to choose from.
