Kanto-Johto: Lance/Koga
Hoenn: Steven Stone/Drake
Sinnoh: Flint
 
IF you had to stick to the team they have i would be steven bbut if i just chosse the element of the person i would be either bertha or ronald macdonald looking person
 
I'd choose Flint! I think his hair rocks. :D

But seriously, probably Cynthia. She has some cool Pokemon. :)
