If you could catch one legendary pokemon from each region which would they be?

If you had the change to catch one legendary in the whole game which would it be?

Kanto - Mew(two ?)
Johto - Celebi
Hoenn - Rayquaza
iSinnoh - Darkrai
Unova - Zekrom

I like all of these the most out of their regions, but it was hard to choose between Mew and Mewtwo
