Hmm. Either Celebi or Dialga or Lugia.

Cause seriously, I don't have to time to train one, so I might as well have time for one with a helpful and awesome power.

Celebi: Take me into the future so I can get advise from my future self.
Dialga: Freeze time so I can a) play a lot of video games, b) cram for a test 3 minutes before it begins and c) Do a lot of time consuming things during the weekdays
Lugia: Flight and Psychic ablities. No reason needed other than that.
