If you could change the anime...

They've rarely done this and there's really no problem with it. o_O The majority of the time it's been used on the Rocket Gang, so there shouldn't be any problem there.
 
I have actually seen them combine attacks before. In fact, didn't May combine attacks to win her first ribbon?
 
I think that's how she won, I'm not sure. But it isn't anything rare to see in the anime.
 
I can respond to this. I've seen them use two attacks or moves simultaneously, but they always calculated the damage as the individual attacks. If you combine the attacks in the way I described, they become completely new attacks, doing tremendous amounts of damage. And with double battles, it is possible. Plus if they increase it to 4 at a time, it would open up new possibilities. It'd just make everything more interesting.
 
If i could change the anime i'd set aside a special episode that would be aired in Japan,USA, UK and Australia that only involves Ash & Misty none of the other characters.. the special episode would focus on their relationship with each other

Alternatively i would probably have a 3 part episode of the same thing with the other characters in the picture but off somewhere doing other things leaving Ash & Misty on their own

Roberts Suggestions for the show

1. Get Brock a girlfriend so he doesnt have to chase after Officer Jenny or Nurse Joy
2. Have Misty confess to Ash that she loves him
3. Have Ash confess the same thing to Misty...vice-versa
4. Get one of Ashes pokemon to evolve
 
Well, here's an awsome fan fic by Ace Sanches that DEEPLY changes the plot IMO. Beware!!! This ish PG-13 stuff. But it shows Ash grown up and the world is thrown into utter chaos. Plus, Pikachu's a different color! XD It still follows the same characters, only older. ^____^ So, this fan fic basically shows how I'd like to have the anime changed. Ugh..why do people ASSUME there's something going on with Satoshi and Kasumi? There were NO feelings, and it was proven when she finally left the group. Why does everyone feel that if a boy and a girl are good friends, they HAVE to get together? -_-;

Kasumi has shown no feelings for him beyond a friendship level, and Satoshi hasn't shown any for her.
 
If I could change anything, I'd give Team Rocket more airtime. They're the three most dynamic characters on the whole show. (Meaning, you'll never see Ash or Misty join the dark side, but Jessie & James have gone from bad to good and back again.) I'd have them actually succeed for once...maybe steal or catch a Pok?mon or two to give to the boss and actually get rewarded for it.
They should actually successfully steal one of Ash's Pok?mon. Maybe not one of his more popular ones like Pikachu of Treecko (only because so many kids would write in and whine about it), but maybe he could just catch something and have it stolen the same day.
Also...Brock needs to get some. He hasn't been with any girl since he moved in with that lady in Season 2. (And yes, I know the show never actually said they got together 'that' way, but come on...do you really think he would move in with a woman for that long and nothing would have gone on?)
 
The show's made for kids. There'll NEVER be any mention of sex. Especially since Takeshi's more about love. >_> The Rocket Gang stealing one of Satoshi's Pok?mon? It'll never happen and sounds ridiculously fan-ficcy. If they couldn't catch Pikachu, what's to say they can catch his others who are just as strong? Having Musashi-tachi actually steal a Pok?mon successfully actually sounds pretty dumb, IMO. :\
 
Exactly,The Rocket Gang can't even hold on to a pokemon for 5 mins,let alone a whole episode. Also,I do agree on the no mention of sex thing,even though the show in japan is generally targeted for a little older audience. Musashi and Kojiro always seem to have "butterfinger"-type hands,and everything seems to slip. If they wanted to catch something successfully,they'd put chalk on their hands,but even then I don't see it happening anytime soon.
 
Maybe that's true, but the question didn't ask what I *thought* would happen. It specifically asks if I could change it, what I would do. That means anything goes.
Besides, I never did say that the show ever mentioned (or would mention, for that matter) sex directly.
But I think that Pok?mon is written with different intentions than are directly said or shown on TV.
 
Love is pretty much non-existant in Pokemon except for subtle hints that are obvious to us, but of course Ash doesn't pick up on them at all. And I'm not including NPCs into that equation since you might see each NPC in the show 2 times in the entire series at most. The only exceptions are the Professors and the people that the characters are related to.

What else can I do to add more chaos to my 'Ten Commandments'?...

I got it! There should be a group of people that are against Pokemon Battling. They should start a war with the Pokemon League over it! (They'd have a really good reason for doing so to boot!) There would be people that would actually want them to win in a sense. It could be like something out of a Gundam Series! This of course would make me have to rework the list, but it's doable.

Maybe they could have it in the next Region or something...
 
I think I would... not have Misty traveling with Ash period. I hate her. That would get rid of Pokeshipping galore too...

I think I would give Tracy some more spotlight. Everybody only hated him because he replaced Brock. Give the poor guy some love. 0_o

I would give Brock a better role. He's starting to get sort of stale these days.

Let's see... Get rid of Jesse, James, and Meowth. I find them extremely boring and unfunny, and completely worthless. Sorry, but I don't like them.

And... I'll post more if I think of more.
