    Misty. I'd go around calling Caterpie pests that keep wanting to battle in Viridian forest... (I'd get into the character, acting like Misty from the show.) I'd use Starmie, Poliwrath, Politoed, Kingdra, Golduck, and Togekiss. (Need a pokemon with fly...if it was Unova, I'd use Swanna, since it's part water.)
