Now lets take a look at my answer, shall we:

Team Galactic: They are really serious about world domination. They also have a really ruthless, rude, scary(a little), emotionless and creepy boss. Which gives them a plus point. Other than that, they are crap. They have some silly uniforms and REALLY crappy haircuts. I would only join if they let me keep a good style statement(which I think that they wouldn't >_<!). Other than that, they also have some really crappy pokemons assigned for the grunts. So I guess that I won't be going into team galactic.

Team Magma: They have a really crappy plan: Spread land all over the world! Now where would they get water to survive then? @_@. But they have some really stylish outfits(even for grunts.). I know that those uniforms may trap a lot of heat resulting in sweating esp when they are near a hot place(which they always are >_<.). And speaking of uniforms, they have much better uniforms then aquans! So if anybody thinks that their uniforms are crappy, then its his opinion. :P

They use fire types. A +ve point for them(I love fire types!! ^_^). So I am a little doubtful when it comes to joining magma as they have both +ve and -ve points.

Team Aqua: They too have a really silly plan:Spread water all over the world! Now where do they think that they will live? O_o. But the difference here is that I don't like their outfits. They seem to be out of some prison >_<. They also use water types which I don't like much. So the idea of joining Aqua is a total flop for me. ;)

Team Rocket: They have some serious ambitions(Its another thing that they fail most of the time......xD). They also have some good outfits and they use a variety of pokemon ranging from crap to awesome. And another thing is that they are the oldest acquaintances to me. So thumbs up to them! :)

So my final answers:
Magma: Not sure.
Aqua:No.
Galactic:No.
Rocket: Yup! ^_^

Team Rocket all the waaaaaaay.

Team Galactic has weird haircuts and funny costumes; Team Magma and Aqua came from Hoenn, a place I had least bond with, but not hate; and all the other teams, like Team Dim Sun, are just plain WTF.

The reason I'd choose Team Rocket is because they have the most original idea out of the four teams. I mean, legendary Pokemon? They're just gonna end up in my PC for collection! Just let me find them in a cave and let me catch them!
Also, they have different motives: destroy the world and recreate it; Magma: expand the amount of landmass; Aqua: expand the amount of water. Man, all boring compared to the old plan - WORLD DOMINATION.

I said it, and I'll say it again.

Cyrus wanted to destroy the world and recreate it. But what did he wanted to do after that? He wanted to rule it. So you can't say that TR and TG had different aims. They took different paths but their aim was the same: World domination.

But that doesn't change the fact that TR is the best! XD

Not entirely true, in Platinum he wanted to destroy the entire galaxy and make his own. Galactic domination != World domination.

I'd love to join Team Rocket and befriend Jessie lol, or perhaps Magma cause I love fire-types and the female outfits are kinda cool.

No matter what team I joined, I'd wanna have my own distinct set of pokemon.

I wouldn't quite say that Team Rocket had the aim to take over the world. They really only want money. Even the plans that do involve control of people/pokemon (the radio tower scheme) ultimately were done for money as well.

I still don't get why they made them so weak, though. Threatening teams should have threatening Pokemon.
