I always respect the person who respected me on what I am or who I am(except for my silly grandpa of mine >: ( ). If they don't respect me, I'll do otherwise. But since arguments are a futile way to win each other, I'll just leave them alone.
 
I don't need your respect. If you wanna show me respect, expect it in return, but I'm not gonna go out of my way to make you think highly of me.
 
I don't care, but the lack of respect makes communication less effective. So it's not interesting when not receiving enough respect, imo.
