Hey people of pokecommunity! My name's Joey. I've known about this site for a while, and at long last I finally decided to join! I'm mainly here to join in for some fun discussions, and looking for some help to step up my game xD. I've been a pokemon fan for a long time, but never really got into the competitive part of it. I've never had the patience for it before, especially the whole breeding process >.< But anyways, I hope I make a lot of new friends on here and learn a lot of things! C:

Are you looking to learn about battling during your time here? I didn't start battling competitively until the fifth generation so I'm a little late to the party myself.. though the good thing is is that you can breed Pokemon with good IVs a lot easier now in X and Y. :D The Destiny Knot item certainly makes it a whole lot easier, haha.

Hi there Joey! Welcome! It takes strong patience to get into the competitive side of things. I've done it before, but I've learned that not only you require patience, but you have to combine it with the fun around it. If you visit the Showdown server that we have (link is on my siggy), you'll see what I'm talking about, but hey, it's all up to you!

Anyways, discussions, friends, everything is here on PC. You just gotta jump in and explore on your own! PC may be pretty big, yeah, but you have very nice members and friendly staff you can rely on! I've been a fan of Pokemon since the beginning, and I am not competitive player either. I play for the fun of it. I tried to competitively play a couple times, but I find it to be a hassle and not that fun. Just like you, I don't have the patience for it haha.
