You'd have muuuch better luck asking about hacking-related things in the ROM Hacking section. There's an Emulation help thread at the top where you should be able to ask patching-related questions so be sure to stop by. Good luck! I'd love to help but I'm quite clueless, haha. xD; Since PC isn't specifically a hacking forum you'd get quicker answers asking in the hacking area in specific.
Either way, enjoy your stay. <3 It'd be great if you could stick around with us for a long while to come. Be sure to ask the staff if you ever need help along the way.
