I'm new! Full foil chansey?

Hey all new to PC. Just recently got into Pokemon again as some friends I have are. Got a full Holo chansey? It looks like a normal foil but has foil stars all over it. Has anyone seen this before? No one I have asked has seen one before thanks

Welcome to PC! That looks to be a reverse holofoil card that you've got there. I can't remember exactly when they started doing it, but in the past few years, all Pokemon TCG booster packs contain at least 1 card that has foil across the whole card, and these reverse holofoil cards can be of pretty much any card in the set, ranging from common to rare cards (giving you the possibility of 2 rare cards in a pack of 10). There's still the chance of getting regular holofoil cards like the older sets too, but those are still a luck of the draw thing.
