Not all event pokemon are in Cherrish balls. If you look in the event list you can match them up and it will tell you what kind of ball they should be in ;) xx
 
When people who haven't gotten anything are done, I'd like:

Any Entei and Suicune left, hopefully one of the events, if not it's ok.

The only Modest Latias I have, is shiny and level 100 and from GTC. I'm not convinced it's legit ;) xx
