so the question: has the game randomely deleted itself for any of yous?

i dont want it to happen i didnt even get all the badges yet and im not guna play it ever again if it does......

so tell me that you have over 1000 hours of gameplay and nothing happend so i can feel better.......thanks....

You have over 400 hours but not all badges..... well whatever I can't imagine the game will just crash on you.

Time itself may have been an issue for games like GSC (where the save file had the unfortunate implications on depending on the game pak's internal battery which was there for the time featurs and whatnot), but games do not care about how much time you spent playing it, including the earlier generation games and including HGSS (and the other problm was only a problem then - now time-based stuff relies on the DS clock rather than an internal battery so that problem cannot repeat itself).

Legit copies of the games do not have the save file disappear or the sort unless say you turn off while saving (and usually you'll just have the previous save file loaded anyways as a failsafe) or go about setting the ds card on fire or the sort. ;p If they do then it is very, very unlikely and not something to worry about (especially if it has already worked for 400 hours - faulty games tend to be faulty far earlier).

And once you hit 999:59 of gameplay time...nothing happens, bar the timespent counter getting stuck on said time display. So there's no need to worry about that.

If you have any other questions, ask them in the Help thread sticky at the top of the section, please. Going to close as that's basically all there is to say on the matter.
