    Hey guys,

    I came onto the forum and bang i was the mod for the webbie discussion. I would like to thank whom ever modded me :P.

    Also.. i want to hear what you guys have to say? What do you want to see happen in this part of the forum.

    Congrats on the modding...

    Maybe create a "Official 'Want to admin my board?' Thread" as those seem to be rather popular. Or make an "Official Forum Thread" in general. Keep all the forum questions and stuff in there... there's just too many topics.

    Lock topics that are supposed to be locked.

    That's all I can think of now. I'll add more if I think of it.

    Yeah, a Moderator/Admin job isn't all that much fun. Although it is nice to some extent, it's also a royal pain. You have to keep track of all the posts, make sure there isn't any flaming going on... it's not as easy as it looks.

    And yeah, you can't really play favorites. Users catch on pretty quickly...
     
    maybe you should make a sticky thread for staff discussion and affiliation. i mean lately there has been an upsurge of wanna join my staff? or affiliate with me? just a suggestion
    and could you move that thread that i made about the zelda game? i accideltly posted it there. i hade a window open with other games and webbie discussion ans i made a boo boo...

    A brilliant idea if I ever saw one.

    That would save a LOT of threads from being made.

    In fact, I'd say 90% of the threads on the first page deal with Staff/Affiliation/Forums. Three things that could easily be solved with a sticky.
     
    Well, even now there are going to be haters. But i'm going to try my best because i have the people that post in the webbie section are part of it. I know you guys coz your the one's i post with.

    No, FAQ's are ok. I just don't want forum links. If its about Forum staff i have made an official thread on it.

    Acutally, i closed posts that did not need to be opened. Or i made an official thread that was linked with what was posted in that topic.

    I'm allowed to to sticky and close threads. Thats what i'm here for ^^
     
    Yeah... she's cleaning up the forum... something that's needed to be done for some time.
     
    Congratulations Simone... however, somehow I don't feel that you needed to make a new thread just to announce your mod-ing... Oh well, I guess it's up to you XD. Have fun with all the added responsibility you now have, weighing down your back, looking over your shoulder to make sure you don't abuse it, driving you crazy, making you paranoid, lacing you into a straitjacket... XD
