I came up with a new team to try on Shoddy, and I feel like it can use some help:

    Vaporeon@ Leftovers
    Bold Nature
    188 HP / 252 Def / 64 SpA

    Ice Beam
    Wish
    Surf
    HP Electric

Wish Vappy. Ice Beam is there for non-Yaceh Chomp OHKO, and helps with other Dragons.

    Garchomp@ Yache Berry
    Jolly Nature
    252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP

    Outrage
    Earthquake
    Fire Fang
    Swords Dance

    Yache Chomp.

    Snorlax@ Leftovers
    Careful Nature
    Thick Fat
    252 HP/ 252 Sp. Def./ 6 Atk
    Rest
    Sleep Talk
    Crunch
    Body Slam

    Dusknoir@ Leftovers
    Impish Nature
    252 HP/ 252 Def/ 6 Atk
    Shadow Sneak
    Thunderpunch
    Pain Split
    Will-O-Wisp

    Togekiss@ Leftovers
    Modest Nature
    Serene Grace
    252 HP, 152 SAtk, 104 Spd

    Nasty Plot
    Air Slash
    Aura Sphere
    Roost

Flinchhax Kiss FTW. Roost for recovery, airslash for STAB, and Aura sphere for coverage.

    Machamp@ Leftovers
    No Guard
    Jolly Nature
    252 HP / 36 Atk / 216 Def / 4 Speed

    Rest
    Sleep Talk
    DynamicPunch
    Stone Edge/ Ice Punch

RestTalk CHamp, Tar counter. Not sure whether to go with SE for Flying types or Ice PUnch for Dragons.

There's my team. Changes I need to make are:

    - Serious help with EV spreads

Confuse Ray on Gengar? >:( Meh. Consider Hypnosis >> it. Failgar is kinda meh anyway, Mismagius >>> Gengar.

Doesn't U Turn break out from Steel Pull, at least thats my understanding of it

Like you can baton pass/u turn against Dugtrio and Wobbuffet, so I assume U Turning on Magnezone has the same effect

So umm yeah maybe Life Orb/Leftovers > Shed Shell

Never thought of that. Thanx. Leftovers on Jirachi.

I prefer Confuse Ray>> Hypnosis, confusion works well with Gar. I've 6-0'ed quite a few teams with ConfuseRay Gar. Besides, Hypnosis is pretty inacuurate.

    Who were you playing? 0_o

Confusion is the worst status ailment besides maybe attraction (lol). Hypnosis is a lot more useful and is easily one of Gengar's best selling points.

    Also when
"- Need a better special wall
    - Need a physical wall"
are your two biggest problems, your team is going to have a lot of defensive problems.

Tentacruel is not a special wall but a support/utility pokemon. Blissey and Snorlax horribly out-wall it.

Also don't see the point of "mixdos." Blissey isn't even Zapdos's primary concern...not to mention that Drill Peck does nothing to it.

Magnezone is the least of a U-Turn Jirachi's worries btw. Honestly Jirachi is best used as a special sweeper with a sub/cm set or a wish supporter that can scout with U-Turn and also cause paralysis with body slam or thunder wave. Your current set is a little weird.

I would replace Zapdos and Tentacruel for solid walling (celetran is always good especially with you having garchomp). A better fighting resist would probably be helpful as well.

I battled some guy who said he could pwn me with marrialnd's team, beat him up. I'll change to Hypnosis, since that seems to be what everyone likes around here.

Physical Wall- I'm leaning towards Dusknoir. Has a lot higher sp. def. and def. than most walls( note the most), and doesn't add to gyara weakness

    Dusknoir @Leftovers
    Impish Nature
    252 Def./ 252 HP/ 6 Atk

    Will-O-Wisp
    Thunderpunch
    Pain Split
    ????

What should o in 4th slot? Focus Punch to counter Tar, Payback, or another move?

Special Wall: Here, I'm all ears. Something that doesn't add to Gyara/Tar weakness. Probables are Lax, Claydol, and Hypno. If there's any others that I should look at, I'm all ears.

For now, the only change I'll make is Hypnosis on Gar till I finalize Dusknoir and get a Special Wall. Zapdos and Tenta are gonna be replaced.

For Dusknoir go Ice Punch or Fire Punch so you get better coverage.
As for a Sp Wall, I would say Blissey and Snorlax achieve the greatest in OU teams being the top 2 Sp Walls. Hypno and Claydol are good for lower tiers not really OU...
    I think go Snorlax.

Shadow Sneak on Dusknoir is quite nice, priority which goes "OLOL" at Azelf trying to outspeed you and 2HKO you first.

Why do you have Jolly Machamp? All Blissey with 0 Speed EVs are outrun with just 4 Speed EVs, just give it 252 HP / 36 Atk / 216 Def / 4 Speed for being able to switch in more easily on Tyranitar. Stone Edge or Ice Punch >> Thunderpunch, as Stone Edge generally hits Flying types better while Dynamicpunch does as much as Super Effective Thunderpunch to other Water types. Ice Punch, on the other hand, hammers Salamence even more then Stone Edge and does do something to Garchomp.

Also, why Black Sludge on Gengar? You're better off using Wide Lens or Life Orb on it to boost the accuracy or power, respectively. Wide Lens does help "a tad" on the rather shaky accuracy of Focus Blast and Hypnosis.

Yache Chomp should have Swords Dance >> Stone Edge, to do a ton of damage to basically everything in OU. Also, you can consider Dragon Claw on it, so you aren't locked in to Outrage when Weavile or anything tries to revenge kill you, although generally the power is more important to many people.

    Snorlax@ Leftovers
    Careful Nature
    Thick Fat
    252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Atk
    Rest
    Sleep Talk
    Crunch
    Body Slam
Snorlax can't cut it as a Special Wall without that needed HP, since it does not have an infinite amount of HP like Blissey, who requires little in the investment of HP EVs to special wall effectively.

Good point on Dhadow Sneak, I'll put that over Ice Punch.

I'll use mence's EV sets on Champ and Lax. I chose Jolly to give it more speed, nad not lose attack. What is preferable for ResTalk Machamp anways.

Your right on Wide Lens, I just used Black Sludge so I could give it some recovery.

SD, y did I not think fo that? *slaps head* O well.

I think dusknoir can do some good work as a physical wall. Only Skarm and Forry have a higher defense than Dusknoir. I would go with one of those 2, but that opens up mixape todestroy my walls with CC and Flamethrower.

Um, many Sweepers carry Dark/Ghost attacks for Cressy. Dusknoir also has the same base HP as Bulbasaur. BULBA! Really, it is a useful Utility or Mixed Wall/Tank but can't wall to the same extent that the common Walls can. Pain Split is also pretty pathetic against most Sweepers, with their low HP.

I might suggest Gliscor or Skarm, Depending on what you give Machamp. Just watch out for mixape, as it will cause major problems.

    What was tat about cress?...

Pain Split isn't tat great, but it's Noir's main form ofrecovery.

If I bring in Gliscor, I get owned by Gyara, and if I bring in Skarm, I get owned by the ape. Dusknoir can stay for now.

I'm thinking of replacing Gar with a water type that can sweep, like LO Starmie or something that outspeeds Ape or Gyara. Also thinking of replacing Jirachi as a lead, as it hasn;'t been doing that great recently on wifi. Any suggestions?

HP Electric Vaporeon easily brings down both MixApe and Gyara and can provide some Wish support (not that it is really needed, but we should just take what we can, right?) so do consider it >> Dusknoir or *gasp* Jirachi.

I still like curselax the best. Gives it more staying power, and you'd be surprise that there aren't as many counters out there for it as you think(curselax is a dying breed *sob*). There seems to be a lot of inexperienced trainers on shoddy these days, so they probably don't know how to counter it.

    Snorlax@leftovers
    Careful
Immunity(avoids toxic to help curse up)
    252hp 58att 62Def 138Sdef
    -curse
    -body slam/return
    -crunch
    -rest

you might want to put the attack ev's into defense if you're dying before you can set up 2-3 curses, making you nearly invincible. don't try to take on close combat if you only have one curse up though, even with defense ev's.

On m last RMT, ppl said curselax isn;t good enough for a wall, which I'm trying to pull off here.

Wish Vaporeon sounds good, can I get moveset with Evs on that? Im goin to put it over Jirachi. I need a more bulky special sweeper as well. Who should I go with for that?

curselax is a good enough wall for sure. it is a fine special wall, arguably on par with blissey and cresselia in that it can actually dish out damage as well as he takes it. after curse it becomes a fine physical wall also. always switch the hell out against fighting type sweepers unless you have 2-3 curses up already. you have a gengar on your team to help switch in for snorlax, so keeping snorlax alive shouldn't be too difficult.

Curselax just isn;t goin to work for this team. It may work for yours, but not mine. RestTalk in this situation.

Still lookin for Wish Vappy set and a special weeper who can take more hits than Gar...

    Wish Vappy set:

    Vaporeon@Leftovers
    Bold
    188 HP / 252 Def / 64 SpA OR 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
    Surf
    HP Electric
    Wish
    Roar / Ice Beam

Use the first EV spread if you're using Ice Beam, to guarantee a OHKO on non-Yache Chomp, although you may use the second EV spread if you're not using Ice Beam. HP Electric is a must for countering Gyarados...
