  • This is a Gen V team, right? Also, EVs would be helpful. Very helpful.

Anyway, why is Swampert Rash when it has no Special moves whatsoever? It should be using this set to support the team:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Beam
    -Scald/Superpower/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 240 HP/216 Def/52 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

But then again, Swampert isn't as good as it used to be because of more bulky walls slowly taking its role, like Ferrothorn. It's also outclassed by Gastrodon to an extent, but I'll post Ferrothorn's set here:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave/Protect
    -Power Whip/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell

Hardy doesn't benefit Lucario in any way. Make it Modest or Timid with 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe and replace Dragon Pulse with Shadow Ball or Dark Pulse for (near) unresisted coverage with Aura Sphere.

I get where you're going with Dragonite here (bulky DD set), but a Relaxed nature wastes away the Speed boost from Dragon Dance. It should also use Multiscale as the ability to make the most out of its good bulk:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Dragon Claw/Outrage
    -Fire Punch
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 HP/44 Atk/212 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Multiscale

    or
    -Substitute
    -Dragon Dance
    -Dragon Claw
    -Roost
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 HP/80 SDef/176 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Multiscale

Let's face it: Aggron is terrible in OU play because of its common weaknesses to Water, Ground and Fighting. Rash is also a terrible nature on it not only because its Special Attack is terrible, but because of the lack of Special moves. And the lack of STAB seriously hurts here. You're better off using Heatran because of its better defensive typing and more potent offensive presence:
    -Lava Plume
    -Stealth Rock/Roar
    -Will-o-Wisp/Toxic
    -Protect
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SDef/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Fire Blast
    -Earth Power
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Grass)
    -Stealth Rock
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon

Latios should always use a Timid nature to make the most out of its good Speed, along with 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe. Change the item to Life Orb or Expert Belt.

Giving Zapdos 3 moves of the same type is a big no-no (Skuntank is an exception, however, but don't think about using it in OU either). This is because this leaves Zapdos walled by other types (Ground in this case), and not even Drill Peck can save you (because it runs off of its weaker offensive stat, which is lowered even further with Bold). This set should be better, as Zapdos can go defensive as well as offensive:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Roost
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/Heat Wave
    -Roar/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/228 Def/8 SDef/24 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

But then again, Zapdos isn't as good as it used to be because of Jolteon, Rotom-W and Thundurus' Therian forme doing its jobs better than it can:

    Jolteon:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Volt Switch
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Grass)
    -Shadow Ball/Signal Beam
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Choice Specs

    Rotom-W:
    -Thunderbolt/Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
    -Trick
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

    or
    -Thunderbolt/Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp/Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Pain Split
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 112 HP/252 SAtk/144 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Substitute
    -Pain Split
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hydro Pump
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 236 SAtk/20 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    Thundurus-T (Thundurus' Therian forme):
    -Nasty Plot
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/Agility
    -Focus Blast/Agility
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Thunderbolt
    -Volt Switch
    -Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Focus Blast
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

    or
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Focus Blast
    -Grass Knot
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt
