4th Gen Improvements to pokemon D/P?

People of different races and characters play the Games and they need to express that by showing how they look or how they are different to other people. I'm sure that Nintendo will think this through and let people have this option in the next Gen because most fans are looking forward to this and I'm sure it Isn't that hard to program into the games, as I have seen it featured in a couple of games already.

Another idea is that players could use their Poke money to buy more accessories and clothes for them and their Pokemon, or have certain items unlock certain clothes or hats. Also the main character can only change in houses that lets him or her use their wardrobe.

I afraid I will disagree about this. Because if Nintendo future games will have cuztomizing, PokeSpecial Manga will dead. Because PokeSpecial Manga need the character designs from the orignal Pokemon game. Plus it will disappoint many fans of PokeSpecial.

But anyway, even I disagree, I also would like to have cuztomzing.
 
Character customisation (is that spelled with an s or a z?) gets my vote, definetly.
After all, half of the RPGs avalible has it, and Pokémon would be perfect for it. (uh... I think)

Ah, and while I agree with the customization, it wouldn't necessarily hurt the manga. For instance, allow customization as an option after defeating the E4.

Personally, I wish that they would do as they did in Gold, Silver, and Crystal, and let you travel to other regions after the E4.

Diamond and Pearl have already shown that they're more than capable of handling all 400+ pokemon, and if they were to go back to the original, completely 2-D style (which I preferred, though that's just me), it would probably be fairly simple to include all 4 main regions into one game.
 
Platinum has improved most of the things that are annoying in D/P but I still have yet to get Platinum =).
I think it would be brillant to have all 4 regions roled into one, as this might make the actual storyline last longer.
 
I would love it if they could make surfing faster, customize your character, and have your starter pokemon follow you (like pikachu did in yellow). That would be awesome!

Never going to happen. Can you imagine the amount of money they'd lose if they did that? That's why so many people buy both diamond and pearl, or multiple amounts of each game. Pokemon may be great games, but they're not going to implement something that'd make them lose money, ever. :P

it would be great to have 2 save files, to be able to have 2 games on 1 game.
 
Well let me see here..

I really like the character customization idea, but then again, it could be a lot of trouble. I mean..you're only playing as a little sprite. I could see if it was a 3D game on a console. But I would still welcome the addition.

I just really really hope they make Rock Smash and Defog TM's. ARGH!

I agree with the above ^ poster too, that more than one save file would be awesome.

Agreed. After I beat the Elite 4 I usually lose interest. I wish there were more pokemon available before the Pokemon League. The trainers you battle should also have stronger pokemon IMO. The majority of trainers you battle should have their pokemon evolved at their correct levels, with the exception of maybe breeders. This would give you more EXP and more of a challenge. It's no fun playing through the game KO'ing every oppenent haha.

Also, what's up with the huge abundance of Pikachu and Clefairy in D/P? They're everywhere. I know they're mascots, but jeeze.

Haha I also wish they'd make bigger and more evil looking pokemon. It seems like in D/P they made the pokemon much smaller and cuter. Staraptor is only what, like 3 feet tall? Also, the anime has a tendency of making mean looking pokemon super cute and nice..grrr.
