    However, although it's called a "Russian Reversal," it can be anything, so long as it follows this format:

    In [ADJECTIVE] [LOCATION NAME], [REVERSED PHRASE]!

    Examples:
    In Lunarian Eientei, Kaguya schools YOU!
    In Fictional Kanto, Gary pwns YOU!

    So...
