Basically a new version is up, with plenty of bugfixes and otherwise minor fixes (like XD Combinations, 3rd gen pre evo moves, teambuilder issues, mechanics, V-Generate Victini, seeing winner/loser when watching a battle...).
A new theme too for this new version (don't worry, I already hear complaints, you can switch back if you want, that's what's the Theme tab is there for!), thanks DN ^^

Also version 1.0.11 introduced Landlos fix (sand power increased by 50% instead of 30%), Ditto fix (from the 1.0.10, also now when you use transform/mimic your pps aren't reduced to 5 anymore), Cross Thunder + Cross Flame are implemented too.
Also, changelog (non including everything) of other fixes, as last time you asked it:
* Ingrain doesn't make you vulnerable to ground attacks in gen 3 anymore
* A bug in gen 4 & before when tricking a choice item several times without switching
* Soundproof users are totally invulnerable to perish song in gen 4 (not passing to fellow pokemons, contrary to smogon's page)
* Recover and healing moves round up in gen 5, instead of rounding down the HP gained
* Magic guard now protects against wrap, magma storm etc. damage
* Psychic Jewel + Future Sight now works correctly (only used up if the same pokemon that used future sight is still on the field or switched out/in, and used up at the time it hits)
* Magic Room ending now
* Lunar Dance recovers PPs
* Friend Guard works
* Shield Dust protects against Tri Attack
* Basurao-A has Rock Head as its first ability
* Pursuits now lets you choose the next pokemon to send in gen 5
* In Adv, counter works even against special hidden powers while magic coat always fails
* Healing moves all fail at full HP
* Belly drum fails at +6 attack
* Spectators see the boost on the pokemons right from the first turn they're spectating
