In search of Dewgong! : )

I'm lookin for a 50~ Dewgong IV's and EV's aren't really a big issue to me

however some of the attack it should/must know are Sheer Cold and Ice Beam.

Also if it could have a nature that is beneficial to Sp. Atk that'd be great, I have a Rhyperior and a Torterra I can throw at this ISO.

Y'see that'd be great and everything and i have read the rules, however there has been no turn out for my previous thread posted in the "Quick Trade" thread.

If it doesn't work in the Quick Trade thread, you should probably go and look through some people's trade threads that show their list of everything they have to offer, or you can ask an IV breeder or an RNG abuser to get you one.
