Please elaborate your questions in the future, number 2.

You need at least 15 posts to insert images in posts if I remember correctly. (or was it just links? anyway...)

Just get the URL of the image, click the "Insert Image" button (

) and place the link...
...or you can place the link between the IMG tags like this:

(without the spaces, and ignore the link)

If you mean in your posts, BTW. If you're asking about avatars or signatures, you could have read about it here.

To insert images to the forums, you can either have them on a file sharing server like Photobucket, or you can upload them directly to the server.

To show images when on a file sharing server, upload the file to them, making sure you have an account with them. Then come to the forums here and click this image (

) and copy/paste the URL of the image you want to show. It is very likely that the image may not show up but as a link instead. If that is the case, then remove the the dead image and put in url codes instead. by clicking this image (

).

If you want to upload the file directly to PC, then simply type up your message, then go to Manage Attachments at the bottom and select the file(s) you want to upload. Click the Upload button and then post your message.

Also, you need to have 15 posts+ to post URL links, so you're going to have to post more before you are allowed to do so. Images count as URL links.
