Im trying to make an Emerald 650 romhack and Iv figured out how to get wild encounter scripts to work similarly to static pokemon in the vanilla games (even working with the 650 data) but I have no idea how to insert my own sprite for them (specifically the sprite for the overworld even on Advance Map).
Is there an easy solution or tutorial for this? (Im using windows 10)

There doesn't seem to be much problem. Just use OWM for overworld's, and any sprite editor (Advance Series, NSE etc.) for the front and back sprites.

I said its an Emerald rom with Emerald 650 patch. NSE doesn't let you do anything aside from pokemon sprites unless youre using a firered or ruby rom And OWM purging itself doesnt have anything to do with the rom im using its just a bad program
